Commercial Terms of Service
The terms governing enterprise training, executive seminars, and custom curriculum engagements provided by the Jerusalem AI Center commercial division.

1. Services & Engagement
The Jerusalem AI Center commercial division ("the Center") provides enterprise AI training, executive seminars, and custom curriculum services on a fee-for-service basis. All engagements are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) executed between the Center and the client organization. These Terms supplement, and do not replace, any signed agreement.
2. Fees & Payment
Fees for standard cohorts and seminars are published on the Center's website and are subject to change. Custom cohort pricing is quoted per engagement. Unless otherwise specified in an MSA or SOW, invoices are due net-30 from the date of issuance. Late payments may accrue interest at 1.5% per month.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations for standard cohorts made more than 30 days before the program start date receive a full refund less a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made 15–30 days before start receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days of start are non-refundable. Custom cohort cancellations are governed by the terms of the applicable SOW.
4. Intellectual Property
The Center retains ownership of all curriculum materials, methodologies, and proprietary content delivered during training sessions. Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such materials internally within their organization. Custom materials developed specifically for a client under an SOW are governed by the IP terms of that SOW.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of engagement, including but not limited to curriculum content, pricing, participant data, and business strategies. This obligation survives termination of the engagement.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Center's total liability arising from any training engagement shall not exceed the fees actually paid by the client for the specific program giving rise to the claim. The Center shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Jerusalem, Israel, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Independence from Community Activities
The Center's commercial training services are operated by Human Co-Pilot Ltd. and are legally and financially independent from the community and research activities of the Jerusalem AI Center. Revenue from commercial activities does not fund those activities, and community funding does not subsidize commercial pricing.
