When you engage with the Jerusalem AI Center's commercial services, we collect: (a) contact information including name, work email, phone number, and job title; (b) company information including organization name, size, and industry; (c) billing information including company address and payment details (processed via secure third-party payment providers — we do not store full card numbers); (d) program preferences and training history; (e) website usage data including IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: (a) process registrations and deliver training services; (b) communicate with you about your program and upcoming offerings; (c) issue invoices and process payments; (d) improve our curriculum and services; (e) comply with legal obligations. 3. Corporate Client Data
Any proprietary materials, internal processes, or confidential information shared by a client organization during custom cohort engagements is treated as confidential and governed by the confidentiality terms of the applicable Master Services Agreement. We do not share one client's proprietary data with other clients.

Individual participants in employer-funded cohorts have the right to request access to their personal training records and to request deletion of their personal data, subject to the client organization's record-keeping obligations.
